I'm a writer and essayist based in ÅŒtautahi Christchurch. I hold a Bachelor of Science in environmental and biological sciences and a Master of Writing with Distinction.

You can find my essays on Trainwrecks, a Substack for people starting over in adulthood, on illness, recovery, and rebuilding. I'm currently working on a collection of essays, and on a novel set in the history of New Zealand's psychopaedic institutions.
